📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and IT infrastructure for both office and maritime environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Support the IT team in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices and systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including training and guidance on IT tools and systems.
