📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard international vendors including freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehousing providers.
• Develop and maintain vendor contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Monitor vendor performance and negotiate cost-effective solutions to optimize logistics operations.
• Coordinate with global logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of vendor services into our operations.
• Conduct regular vendor audits and assessments to ensure quality and reliability.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in global logistics and supply chain management.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on vendor management processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure cost-effective and efficient vendor management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, particularly in the logistics and transportation sector.
• Proven experience in managing international vendors and understanding of global logistics regulations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, and specialized logistics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry certifications such as CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport) or APICS (APICS) is a plus.
