As a Cleaning Staff, you'll be responsible for daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within our organization, with potential for advancement to more specialized roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in shared spaces, classrooms, and restrooms.
• Use professional cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with the facility management team to address any maintenance or repair issues.
• Report any cleaning equipment or supply needs to the facility management team.
• Ensure that all cleaning areas are left tidy and in a presentable condition.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Participate in regular cleaning audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning services, preferably in educational or commercial environments.
• Familiarity with professional cleaning equipment and supplies, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and disinfectants.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift and carry heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Knowledge of basic health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
