Human Resources Excellence Lead

As a Human Resources Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. You will work closely with department heads and managers to ensure that HR practices are aligned with business goals and that employees are engaged and motivated. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as for conducting regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and drive operational excellence.
• Lead the design and implementation of HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Work closely with the CEO and other executives to ensure that HR practices are integrated into the overall business strategy.
• Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage a team of HR professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving organizational excellence.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and a deep knowledge of HR software and tools, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and BambooHR.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and other stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in HR leadership or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
