📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety, health, and environmental programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with international safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety and environmental best practices.
• Monitor and report on safety, health, and environmental performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address safety and environmental concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in safety, health, and environmental management.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in safety, health, and environmental management.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Strong knowledge of international safety, health, and environmental standards and regulations.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety, health, and environmental programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
