📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for various projects across multiple disciplines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather project information and requirements.
• Utilize advanced estimation tools and software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD, to create comprehensive cost estimates.
• Review and analyze project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure they align with cost estimates.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project costs and progress to stakeholders.
• Participate in contract negotiations and bidding processes to secure projects and maintain client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and compliant cost estimates.
• Mentor and train junior estimators and other team members on estimation techniques and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in cost estimation, project management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using advanced estimation tools and software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in cost estimation or project management is a plus.
