As a Line Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of our production machinery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery, including but not limited to CNC machines, conveyors, and robotic systems.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on the production line.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the machinery.
• Document all maintenance activities and record any issues or malfunctions.
• Participate in machinery optimization projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular inspections of the machinery to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide technical support to the production team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CNC machines, conveyors, and robotic systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems (MMS) and computer-aided maintenance management (CAMM) software.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
