📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for orthopedic medical devices and solutions
• Train and educate healthcare professionals on the use and maintenance of our medical devices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with international partners to develop and improve our medical technologies
• Conduct site visits and on-site support to ensure the optimal use of our medical devices
• Monitor and analyze technical performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
• Assist in the development of new medical technologies and solutions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical technical support, preferably in the orthopedic field
• Certification in medical device repair and maintenance
• Familiarity with orthopedic medical devices and solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
