📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement dispatch plans to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Analyze sales data and customer demand to forecast inventory and delivery needs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate product fulfillment.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to dispatch operations.
• Utilize SAP and Excel to manage and analyze logistics data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain planning, with a focus on e-commerce.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian logistics and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
