Stripe is seeking a talented Equity and Reporting Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting, as well as managing our equity accounting processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Manage the equity accounting process, including stock option grants, vesting, and cancellations.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial disclosures.,Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and special initiatives.,Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a financial services or fintech company.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Familiarity with equity accounting and stock option plans is a plus.
