📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's objectives and the needs of the workforce.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends to enhance the quality of our training programs.,Assist in the development of new training initiatives and workshops.,Provide support to employees in their professional development and career growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of training methodologies and e-learning platforms.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
