📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assess and manage insurance risks for Property & Engineering Insurance policies,Review and approve insurance applications, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements,Provide expert advice to brokers and clients on insurance coverage, premiums, and policy terms,Monitor and analyze underwriting performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices,Conduct regular policy reviews and renewals, ensuring accurate pricing and coverage,Collaborate with the claims team to investigate and settle claims, minimizing losses and improving customer satisfaction,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in Property & Engineering Insurance🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property & Engineering Insurance underwriting,Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance regulations and industry standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and internal teams,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages,Professional certification in Insurance (e.g., CII, CPCU, or equivalent) is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
