📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of projects in the West Region of Bali.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Manage and supervise a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.,Represent PERSOL at industry events and conferences to maintain a strong professional profile.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in Bali or a similar tropical environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong project management skills, with experience using project management software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently within Bali and to other locations in Indonesia.
