📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.
  • Oversee the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements.
  • Manage and mentor junior accountants and staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a senior accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations.
