📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screening and evaluating job applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the job.,Conducting interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintaining a strong candidate database and following up with potential candidates.,Providing feedback to candidates and keeping them informed about the hiring process.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding employment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to source and attract top talent.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
