Apotek Oka Fashion is looking for a skilled Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all pharmacy operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage budgets and ensure the effective use of resources.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations management.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
