📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Lead and mentor a team of store administrators to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Develop and implement store policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and track store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Plan and organize store events, promotions, and activities to drive sales and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in store administration or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using office software and retail management systems.,Experience in retail operations, inventory management, and customer service is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
