📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing site engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Overseeing the planning, design, and execution of site engineering activities.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel.
  • Managing project documentation and ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
  • Continuously monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Kalimantan Barat.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
