Manage and lead the kitchen crew to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Ensure all food is prepared and cooked according to recipes and standards.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.,Train and develop kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in inventory management and purchasing decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen management role.,Proven track record of leading and managing kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
