Resto Adi Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. We are a vibrant and popular café and coffee shop known for our exceptional service and quality products. As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and driving its growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage the financial performance of the café, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled and motivated staff.
  • Monitor and improve the quality of food and beverages.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of quality ingredients and products.
  • Represent the café at industry events and networking opportunities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a café or restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
