Pratama Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Warehouse Manager to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, managing inventory, and overseeing the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.,Manage inventory levels, including stock control and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Implement and monitor warehouse policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Handle any warehouse emergencies or incidents to ensure the safety of staff and goods.,Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory management and control.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
