As a Deputy Kitchen Crew, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef and ensuring that our food operations run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare food according to recipes and standards.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in special events and promotions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
