📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet services, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.,Coordinate with the banquet staff to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet venues, including decorating and arranging tables and chairs.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Assist in the ordering and inventory management of banquet supplies and equipment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of banquet service strategies and improvements.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior banquet staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Assist in the preparation of banquet menus and ensure that all food and beverage items are presented to the highest standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or banquet industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banquet services, including event planning and execution.,Familiarity with inventory management and basic accounting principles.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
