Key Responsibilities:

Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Analyze market trends and industry best practices to inform digital strategy development.
Design and implement digital solutions using tools like SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Certifications in digital transformation, project management, or relevant IT certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or Agile).
Proven experience in leading digital projects in a banking or financial services environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with digital banking technologies and platforms.
