• Create and execute strategies to maximize ROI from affiliate partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on the performance of affiliate programs.
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of affiliate marketing efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and affiliate management platforms such as CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Linkshare, or ShareASale.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
• Familiarity with the health-tech industry and understanding of user acquisition strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
