📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to relevant authorities.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team on financial matters.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
