Conducting technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for specific roles.,Sourcing and attracting top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Providing guidance and support to junior recruiters to ensure high-quality recruitment practices.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on IT, engineering, or related fields.,Strong knowledge of technical skills and industry-specific terminology.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top technical talent.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
