📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that our luxury hospitality services meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in luxury hospitality.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
