📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Track vehicle usage and performance, providing regular reports to management.
  • Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of routes and schedules.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to vehicle performance.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have valid licenses and permits.
  • Participate in safety training and ensure all drivers adhere to safety protocols.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
