📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

Oversee the workflow of the operations team to meet production targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operations activities.

Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.

Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
