📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and at home.,Provide information about the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions.,Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.,Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with hotel policies.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk and lobby.,Assist with the coordination of guest services, such as room assignments and special requests.,Monitor and report any maintenance or service issues to the appropriate departments.,Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (preferred but not required).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with hotel and hospitality industry practices and procedures.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
