📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic planning and market research.,Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.,Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify industry trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.,Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Prepare and present regular business development reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.,Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey business strategies and ideas.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software tools.,Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in business development.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
